A Family Business Fueled by a Passion for Machines

Hi, I’m Evan Lesinski. Alongside my dad, Craig, we founded Vintage Motorwerks driven by a shared lifetime passion for understanding, maintaining, and enhancing mechanical systems.
With over 18 years of professional automotive experience, I’ve honed the skills necessary to diagnose and repair mechanical challenges, preserve classic vehicles, and elevate their performance and reliability.
My dad contributes 38 years of comprehensive systems engineering experience. His expertise ensures a systematic approach to root-cause analysis and effective resolution of complex technical issues.  

Our Aviation Connection  

Our love for mechanics extends into the world of aviation. I am a certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic, while my dad boasts more than 20 years as a flight instructor and maintenance check pilot.
This aviation background has ingrained in us a steadfast commitment to precision, thorough inspections, systematic troubleshooting, and meticulous documentation—principles we rigorously apply to every classic automobile we service.

Enthusiasts Behind the Wheel  

We are passionate motorsports enthusiasts, actively competing in motorcycle and car races, including vintage and endurance events. Our collection includes a 1997 BMW M3 time trial car and two vintage 1976 BMW 2002 race cars.
This hands-on experience has deepened our understanding for vehicle preparation, mechanical reliability, and the vital link between performance and durability.  
While our primary focus is on helping owners maintain and enjoy their classic street cars, we also take pride in assisting fellow enthusiasts in enhancing their vehicles for spirited driving, track days, and competitive racing.
